We have had MANY encounters with vet hospitals and clinics over the years and it wasn’t until we started coming to Fircrest Vet Hospital that we learned what top notch vet service and care feels like. We are so thankful for this group and how kind and thorough they are. Dr Q has gone above and beyond to help us too. We highly recommend!!

After moving back to Tacoma, we're happy to have found such a great place to care for our new puppy. Staff practices safe contact with the animals and are very friendly and professional. Dr Eugenio is exactly the type of vet we were looking for: professional, caring and very willing to take time to answer our questions.

I always have a great experience at this clinic. The entire team is so kind, personal, patient, and they truly care about my pet’s comfort and wellbeing. Dr. Quarrles always takes time to explain things clearly and never makes us feel rushed. I am grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism they all demonstrate. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Fircrest Veterinary Hospital and staff. My puppy has been there more times than I’d like to admit and each experience has been more positive than the last. They treat him with such care that he gets excited when he realizes where we are and that speaks to his experience. He had two accidents and both times the vets have done a personal call to check in on him and it’s that personal touch that differentiates them from other hospitals. Not just the calls but the messages and follow ups from everyone on the team. I know Algae feels cared for and it makes me so grateful to them for everything they do.

Entrusting Fircrest Animal Hospital is one of the best choices I’ve ever made for my fur babies. Dr. Eugenio (and all of the staff, for that matter) have been nothing but welcoming, professional, and supportive. All care options are clearly detailed and they are flexible in helping you problem solve the best next steps. Specifically, their kindness and empathy are what set them apart from any other veterinary service. They work with you and your budget and are flexible with care options to make sure your pets are healthy and happy. That being said, they also offer really competitive rates and when combined with their exemplary care, the value and peace of mind you receive make choosing to work with them a no brainer. Highly recommend!!

Really have enjoyed all the appointments for my two dogs with Dr B and Dr E. They both are caring, kind and explain issues carefully while also listening to concerns. They are wonderful about explaining options, talking through things such as why a particular vaccine might or might not be a god choice for your pet. The team of vet techs/vet assistants, as well as the office team are equally awesome. I find the services here to be high quality and reasonably priced. My dogs clearly feel safe and have happy tails when there. Dr Q specifically I didn't find was a good fit to take my pets to, but he might be a great fit for someone else.
